CareerForge
About

One managed lane for UK tech career change.

CareerForge exists because tech career platforms either teach skills or run job boards. Almost none keep the journey connected. We built one workflow for invited candidates targeting UK roles: CV, learning, applications, and interview practice in one place.

Why invite-only?

Career change is high-stakes. Group support breaks down when fit varies wildly. CareerForge reviews every applicant before opening the workflow, so the cohort stays calibrated and trainer attention stays useful.

Why UK?

UK tech hiring has a specific shape: fewer Series-A unicorns, more established fintech and platform companies, distinct CV norms, and visa-aware routing. CareerForge is tuned for that shape, not a generic global tech audience.

Operating principles

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

01

Connected, not bundled

Every artefact (CV, application, mock) inherits context from what came before. We are not a portfolio of tools.

02

Real applications only

Mock interviews must be tied to a real role. Generic drilling produces generic candidates.

03

Trainer-led, not LLM-led

AI accelerates research and prep. A human trainer sets the bar and reviews the work.

04

Outcomes, not engagement

We do not optimise for time spent on platform. We optimise for candidates getting offers.

Apply once. Stay connected.

The strongest candidates stop juggling separate tools. Invite-only applications are reviewed by track lead.
